Added a
descriptionattribute to map to a node group's description in the API. This was an ask from #10. Updatedpuppetclassifyandhttpsprovider for it and corresponding spec tests. Moved deprecation warning forpuppetclassifytoprefetchso it wouldn't fire unless the provider was actually used.
