What happened?

It shows error when the register page is clicked and when we wanna go back. Can I please resolve this bug

Previously, errors occurred when clicking the register button, but now there are no such issues. However, there seems to be an ongoing problem with saving registration data, leading to the need for repeated registration attempts. To resolve these issues effectively, I am contemplating the implementation of a login page.
