Add support of mp4decrypt

Hello, I recently discovered that mp4decrypt is a titanic tool and apparently more powerful than ffmpeg! The dream is that Hls-downloader can become compatible and use this rare tool mp4decrypt to decrypt some complex streams, thanks!

i already explained my secret technique how to properly use mp4decrypt with extensions and external download managers and parsers in this post i made in N_m3u8DL-RE's github where i ask N_m3u8DL-RE who is compatible and uses mp4decrypt by default to make an out of the box version with mp4decrypt integrated with N_m3u8DL-RE to make it easier for beginners and non experts, thanks! :

and so when I had my windows 10 laptop, I tried to use N_m3u8DL-CLI with Cat-Catch but I failed to download the videos, probably because I lack technical skills....

so yesterday, since I am now using a weak eee pc windows 7 os and my connection is weak and cpu weak and old and watching streaming videos in my web browser jerks lag, I gather my courage and I decide to make a last attempt especially that great Mr Nilaoda offered us a special version for our windows 7 os 32bits machines and, I managed to download embedded hls video using N_m3u8DL-RE and Cat-Catch !!!

but it was not an easy path, I had to translate into English the Chinese documentation of N_m3u8DL-RE and Cat Catch, then fortunately I was able to see in a very brief appearance of a window displayed by N_m3u8DL-RE that you have to install ffmpeg, because I did not know you have to install standalone ffmpeg and I thought N_m3u8DL-RE natively integrated ffmpeg and mp4decrypt.....

in short I had to think, look for a recent ffmpeg compatible with my windows7 os 32 bits and fortunately I found a ffmpeg special stable version updated and compatible with windows 7 and windows 11 with additional libraries/dependencies! :

i also had to download and put URLProtocol in the N_m3u8DL-RE folder:

then rename N_m3u8DL-RE.exe to m3u8dl.exe and in URLProtocol, write the name of the m3u8dl protocol and specify the path of N_m3u8DL-RE .....

i also tried to add mp4decrypt but unfortunately there is no 32-bit version ....

all this is not easy and I did all this because I was driven by despair at not being able to watch streaming videos in my wb browser......

so my suggestion please to make this magnificent project even more popular and more people discover its hidden potential and its real titanic power and to make the task easier simple for beginners non expert users please : add donation button to encourage users to donate maybe via crypto if paypal doesn't work, and and why not add in relaeses page a special version of N_m3u8DL-RE out of the box with pre-configured URLProtocol (by asking windows os users to put the folder in C:) and by renaming N_m3u8DL-RE.exe to m3u8dl.exe to follow the technical recommendations of Cat-Catch extension, and put ffmpeg and mp4decrypt in the N_m3u8DL-RE folder :
