when I try to translate the text by clicking on the 'Get Started' in the globe icon, I'm directed to the 404 pages on the transfix website.

may be either the account has been expired or if they substantially changed the API and the link no longer works.

Hello, @jywarren how are you?
I'm working on this issue and I'm in contact with the transfix support team as we were facing to click on that globe icon and it directed us to the 404 pages. Also, I have shared Screenshots and Screen-Recording to them as they have asked for and soon I'll come up with the solution here.

Hi @YogeshSharma01 i really appreciate the research you've been doing here. If you can be sure to copy in any updates you've found here so we can stay synced, that'd be great! 🎉

Hi, @jywarren How are you?
Transfix support team reply me that they have checked my issue, and based on the video I shared with them. So my email [email protected] which is related to this TX username "YogeshSharma01" seems that I'm not a member of any Transifex project. So, the error message I received 404 is absolutely normal based on my roles.
Also, They saw my team joins request and suggest me to contact with the Administrator of the organization.
and then @ebarry approved my request and it is working fine.

I see - so shall we modify this in some way to say that it doesn't work until translators are approved? Then we need to perhaps change the destination of the link, or otherwise accommodate this very common possibility by offering a signup link as well as the direct link to translate!

Hi, @jywarren Yes I actually have a solution for this in my mind and I'll take care of this issue as well in the refine the custom translation helper problem in my GSoC proposal.
Thanks
