@jywarren woops I didn't mean to reopen! I did not initially realize that in ZenHub if you drag something out of the "Closed" column it automatically reopens it. Sorry about that! I don't know how dependabot works but it closed the issue.

Perhaps it is the bootstrap issue still? That is the conflict dependabot is highlighting. I never actually figured out what the resolution to the issue is looking into it now
