Add user theming

This project would be a great stage for user generated themes.

I was thinking that the font size was too small, so instead of changing it for everyone what if i could just change it for myself. As long as my wallet is connected to the site. It looks how i want it to look. And it falls back to the PA theme. Which could be changed via the PA multisig or whatever.

This would be a slightly different approach. We would have a theme contract for the specific site
