Probably related to util.io.SubtypeLoader, running Ptidej from the (flat, complete) JAR generated by Maven is very, very slow.

Try: java -jar "DeMIMA UI Viewer Standalone Swing/target/demima-ui-viewer-swing-1.0.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar"
