Enhance existing UDP client to become standalone pre-compiled binary, with predefined test messages that can be sent to Butler

Main goal of this ticket is to make the udp-client app easier to use:

• Create binaries for Windows, macOS, Linux during build process. Include in releases.
• Include pre-defined messages for the various message types used by both Butler, Butler SOS and the new test message type
