Side-hole drilling jig

Problem

We need to make radial holes is pretty much all our parts. The normal way to do this, sans 5-axis mill, is to use a rotary table. The down side is we don't have convenient access to one and they're not super repeatable.

Suggested Solution

Create a set of jigs that interface with the easy-to-machine features of the rings/mounting parts.
This is already started in module/jigs/.
