[ISSUE]: my ps2 cannot detected MX4SIO SD card

• I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

I can open OPL and play game with flash drive but i cant play game on PS2 MX4SIO SIO2SD - bitfunx.
but when i access to OPL, it seems my OPL cannot detect MX4SIO(LED has light when PS2 working)

PS2 Slim version SCPH-70006

I used original Memmory card from PS2 MagicGate
FMCB = FMCBinst-1966-[2024-11-01] (use FMCBInstaller_EXFAT)
OPL PS2 Loader V1.1.0

I test on USB with EXFAT format

• Runs well

In which device(s) have you experienced this issue?

MX4SIO

Context and extra information

• I cannot save other settings, but can't seem to save specifically "BDM Start mode/ Block Devices MX4SIO on" settings. Just keeps saving indefinitely and needs reset
• It is not recognizes my MX4SIO with micro SD and does not show any games
  -MY SD card is SANDISK Micro SDcard Ultra (140MB) A1 UHS-I C10 U1 (EXFAT format)
