Add a data download csv for the view all transaction volume

Summary

One of the common requests we are getting is for the transaction count/fee volume per day. While this data is displayed for the last two weeks it would be useful to have a larger amount of history (even hash price/volume data as well) in a downloadable format.

Problem Definition

Extracting data from the explorer on a two week interval is cumbersome and many users are not aware of exactly how to get this data and get it into excel. Providing a CSV download that aggregates data by day would go a long way towards mitigating these requests.

Proposal

Provide a download csv link that holds the daily summaries for transaction counts, fee volume, and hash price metrics.
