Summary

Update a few items in proposal view

Problem Definition

There are a couple of features we want to update in the proposal view to shore up the UI.

Proposal

  • Using params, show minimum delegation amount for a proposal to be voted on for the user.
  • Instead of displaying text for voting results, display a bar chart with tooltip.
  • add a "be patient" 30 second timer after proposal submission, similar to voting.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
