Add documentation to the MTRDevice write API to document the behavior of expected value w.r.t multiple writes, expected value intervals, etc

There is missing documentation about how the MTRDevice write API handles the expected value for different use cases like multiple writes (e.g a slider UI being used to change values) or when the expected value interval expires etc.
