Documentation PR linked to project-akri/akri#700

The new agent's slot reconciliation/reclaiming process no longer use crictl to work, let's drop this from the doc as well.

Before we merge this, we should first enable multiple "spaces" (in GitBooks terms) or versions of our site. People using previous releases will still need to know how to configure crictl: https://docs.gitbook.com/published-documentation/publish-multiple-spaces-on-one-site

I can look into setting this up on Friday through GitBooks

I updated GitBooks to support multiple versions of the documentation. Now, for each Akri release, we should create a new release branch of the documentation so users can toggle the docs. This will be on main
