Display Window doesn't remember its position #158

The Display Window is always launching in the middle of the screen, it's not saving the prior location and opening there. I'm not sure if this is an issue on my machine or OS. Currently running OS X 10.13.6

Found and fixed for the 4.0 alpha 4 release!
