[BUG] FileUpload accepts any type of file despite configuring at Component Level

Hello @cagataycivici and team:

Kuddos for the great work you have done. I have been implementing FileUpload with custom Headers Authorizations and custom FormData, everything works seamlessly.

I want to inform you that I might found a Bug. If you use the Advanced version, drag and drop a different mime type that specified at "accept"

The problem is present at demo site:
https://primefaces.org/primevue/showcase/#/fileupload

Drag and drop a pdf file for example.

Will try to isolate the problem. Thanks
