Support moving the item in PickList with double-click

Current behavior
It is only possible to move items in PickList back and forth by clicking UI buttons.

Expected behavior
Double-clicking on item in either list should move it to the other list (probably this behaviour should be configurable)

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
It is very common for picklists to support double-click functionality, using UI buttons feels very slow compared to that.
