Add documentation for node_selection_strategy to the Presto documentation.

Expected Behavior or Use Case

Documentation should be present.

Presto Component, Service, or Connector

Documentation.

Context

When reviewing #24193 I noticed that node_selection_strategy is mentioned in the doc for query-data-cache-enabled-default in Presto C++ Features, but wasn't documented itself.
