refactor: Mention parts of React 18.x & 19.x are supported #1214

Sorta addresses #924 (though I think we'll need a proper change to the way we convey compat, as Marvin mentions -- that's a bigger messaging issue though).

19 might be a bit iffy though we do have a couple of its changes available IIRC.

I think the missing stuff is use, context as a jsx component, forward ref by default and useActionState.
