Is it possible to toggle on/off highlight references?
I realise I can let g:lsp_document_highlight_enabled = 0 but any references that are highlighted stay highlighted. Similarly setting it back to 1 doesn't highlight whatever the cursor is on.

Ideal: define a key to toggle it off and on.
