Change y for z key on a German Keyboard

Hi, I had the idea to simply swap y and z on my German keyboard to better type in English. basically turning a qwertz to qwerty keyboard, but keeping all other key as they are...however once i change the z to y, then there is no more y left to change to z, instead I have two y's. any smart ideas how to solve this?
