Add Ability to Move the Pause Button on Mobile

via skin editor or whatnot since it's rather quite easy to click it whilst playing the 3 minigames especially on catch and it's really annoying.

would preferably move it on the top since mobile players only really have to pause when retrying or exiting; no need to have it on the bottom right at default where it can disturb gameplay

Eventually planned. Should probably be movable in the skin editor (when we figure out how to add user-level settings to that..)
