Ability to skip result screen animations

Stable can skip result screen animations by just clicking, yet in lazer it's just opening a side-panel:

Stable no skip:

I think it's fine to make this happen.

Generally we will need a way to know when the animations have finished playing out in the middle expanded content, and signal them to finish (via FinishTransforms as is already happening when withFlair==false). Will require a bit of thought to structure it well.
