Consolidating Cursor Settings

I find it a little strange for the Cursor Size slider to not have the Cursor Trail and Cursor Ripples toggle along side it. I am probably a minority here but I frequently change cursor size and toggle cursor trail on and off depending on if I am playing DT and find the scrolling to find the different cursor settings when I type "cursor" to be a bit annoying especially because I cant click a toggle unless the section the setting is in is highlighted.

Yeah, all gameplay cursor settings should probably be under the "osu!" ruleset settings. Will take a bit of work to migrate this across though, unfortunately it's not as simple as just moving the code to a new class in this one case...
