Deleted teams appear on leaderboard and profiles

Teams which seem to have been deleted/disbanded still exist and are shown on the team leaderboard and profiles. Not sure if this is known or not, since several appear to still have flag/banners and custom short names.

The deleted prefix is misleading. Those are redacted names (i.e. inappropriate names reported/seen by GMT or others). Will keep open for now to address the misleading part.
