From the list you created here on PR/1.

"Optimise the gif in the README (for both gvp and gpm) - it has way too many frames, I should cut out superfluous ones and also cut out time from the gpm install part so people don't have to stare at it for 40 seconds or so."

Could you dump the sources somewhere?
