What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. changed remote type to SOAP
2. entered 7878 port
3. tried to purchase something

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RA gives me the error from issue #1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running MWV3 3.0.3, mangos 11785
