Internet explorer incompatible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login on mangosweb using internet explorer
2. try to logout or go to profile , link points to login ...


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Logging out and going to profile

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

it works ok on Firefox just have such issue on Internet explorer 8
