Full MPE support

I have a rather crude mpe.in object with reasonable support, but there could be more possible info to query and output, as in the MAX object. For instance, the zone number information and the starting channel (aka zone index, zone 1st channel). It should also send global messages from channel 1 ("all").

I also need a [mpe.out] object.
