Hi @digitalWestie, we aren't actively developing popolo-engine (since we aren't using it in any current project), but we would be happy to merge your commits once they're ready!

Great, I'm going to use the engine to drive a decision making app for a local authority. There are some parts of the popolo spec I'm not 100% sure how to translate into rails models so would be great to get a bit of feedback too.
