Setting up Joplin w/ S3 backend

I've started using Joplin with an S3 backend. It's a pretty good Open Source alternative to Apple Notes with a native app instead of a web-client -- which I am a big fan of.

Let's go over how I setup the S3 bucket (well, DigitalOcean Spaces if we want to be pedantic) and the app.

Should be a short off-week post.
