RFE Dock - Auto hide improvment

IMHO dock auto hide could have a 3rd option for a behavior like Ubuntu. The dock is always visible but it hides itself when a window is moved over it or a window is maximized. To summrize

• Auto hide off
• Auto hide on (hide always, show when needed)
• Auto hide or smart hide (show always, hide when needed)
