Selection using Keyboard shortcuts & Mouse hover does not have same greyed out box

Here is the screenshot when using keyboard shortcut(Tab Key, arrow keys does not work)

Here is the screenshot when hovering using mouse

In both screenshots, the Cosmic Terminal is selected. Notice how when using Tab key, there is a thin line(of accent color) around the selection, rather than the greyed out box.
This does not have in launcher, which is how I presume you want it to be like.

I'm not sure this is the real issue. In both the applibrary and the launcher the element that's in focus is highlighted with the accent color:


For the launcher this is always the search box, for the applibrary it's not. When you select an app or a folder with tab you can no longer use the search box, this is different when you hover over it with a mouse, where you can still type in the search box if it's in focus.
