Add Dropbox to course files

We are currently evaluating approaches:

1. Linking the Dropbox app into the course folder via Intent (to be verified)
2. Retrieving the content of the Dropbox course folder through the API

We might also notify students of new file uploads by configuring a webhook https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/webhooks
