(Feature) Add selector 'id' to all DOM input elements

Selectors id have been added to some input elements in Step2 and Step 3
It would be helpfull to add id to all DOM input elements.
id still haven't been added:

1. Step3: Whitelist - Address
2. Step3: Whitelist - Min
3. Step3: Whitelist - Max
4. Step3: Gasprice - Custom
5. Manage page: Start time
6. Manage page: End time
7. Manage page: Rate
8. Manage page: Supply
9. Manage page: Whitelist- Address
10. Manage page: Whitelist- Min
11. Manage page: Whitelist- Max
12. Manage page: Setup name
13. Manage page: Wallet address
