Problem: If a user didn't download summary crowdsale file for any reason (error in deployment stage, for example), it is impossible to do from anywhere. Relates to #422 (comment).

Solution:

  • add a number of release to token wizard crowdsale contracts
  • store releases numbers in Registry contract for every crowdsale
  • get source codes from crowdsale smart-contracts repository
  • add button to download the summary file from management page
