When a dynamic group is used in the "Visible To" section of the "Provisioning Types" SharePoint list members of the group don't see the site type it is assigned to. When a static / assigned group is used they can see it.
Steps to reproduce
For the Team Site item (as an example but same issue with all site types) leave "Visible To" blank. All users can see the Team Site as a suggestion.
Add an Azure AD dynamic group to "Visible To". Members of that group cannot see Team Site as a suggested option.
Remove the dynamic Azure AD group and add an assigned group. Members of that group can now see Team Site as a suggested option.
Expected results
Members of Azure AD dynamic group should be able to see site types
Actual Results
Members of Azure AD dynamic group cannot see suggested type site when that group is on the "Visible To" entry.
