Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The AWSutils.sh has -d/--utils-dir flag-options, however, associated logic is not yet implemented

Describe the solution you'd like
Complete the implementation of AWSutils.sh's -d/--utils-dir flag-options

Probably going to opt to stop maintaining ports of AWS utility RPMs. If so, this will no longer be relevant.
