Describe the bug
When using FormCreator to create tickets, if the assigned technician is a group, FormCreator incorrectly assigns the requester as the technician. This should not happen; only the group should be assigned.

To Reproduce

  • Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a form and set a target.

  • Specify the actors for the ticket, where the requester is the author and the assigned technician is a specific group.

  • Use the form to open a ticket.

  • The ticket author incorrectly appears as both the requester and the assigned technician.

  • Expected behavior

  • The ticket should display only the group in the assigned field, not both the group and the ticket author.
