Hello,
Is it possible in a future release to add the ability to create child tickets only after a target ticket is solved or closed? By level ordonnoncement, like a workflow.
Eg :
Ticket Parent 1 : Fullform
Ticket 2 : Child of Ticket 1 : Create LDAP Account
Ticket 3, 4, 5,..., N : Child of Ticket 2 : Access to bussiness software
Where Ticket 3,4,5..N are created only when Ticket 2 are solved/closed
(The metademand plugin it's capable to do this, but it does not fully correspond to our needs).
It would be so incredible. Today, we use validations and change of status with massive actions, this adds a lot of manipulations and risk of errors.

Plugin reached EOL. Please wait for GLPI 11 and native forms to ask for new feature. Also have a look to the following plugin. I never had opportunity to run it, then I don't know how it works, but maybe it could fit your need.
