This s a feature request, though I hope it wouldn't take so much effort. Basically, in my case I have a csv file where the first row has less column entries than the number of headers. It's good that bio-table warns me of this, but I'd like to be able to proceed because I know that the data is not corrupt. So perhaps a --no-validation flag?
