Minimum targets should include dependency retrieval, syntax checking, running PHP unit tests.

Maybe Someday...

automatic test coverage collection and local report generation
automatic publication of test coverage to Codacy/coveralls etc during CI builds
PHP Code Sniffer
PHPStan
