I'm wondering if there's a way to handle deleted pages? It would be great if running gostatic config with some flag would detect which pages in the OUTPUT dir weren't touched by gostatic and remove them.

Heh, well, that would be nice to have, but I'm not exactly sure how to approach that.

Maybe a flag, which will cause gostatic to go through the destination directory and check every file if it has a corresponding entry in Site.Pages. Not terribly efficient, but then who cares, that's not the main proposition. :)
