Subject: [PATCH] fix(release): Vercel builds upload .pnpmfile.cjs again

Vercel's CLI ignores .pnp* by default, which drops .pnpmfile.cjs from the
upload. Remote installs then fail the lockfile's pnpmfileChecksum.
