Subject: [PATCH] docs(settings): explain that provider update checks also gate
 the model catalog

The "Provider update checks" switch also gates fetching the remote
model-manifest.json, but the web and mobile settings copy only described the
CLI version lookup, and the provider health interval copy claimed its probes
refresh model metadata. Copy-only change; no behavior or default changes.
