Enhance performance

Hi,

In my addiction to enhance performance and reduce CPU usage I though maybe could be useful to add USB mouse detection to Scroll Reverser so it auto activates only if a mouse is present (if "Reverse Trackpad" is disabled).

If @invariant likes the idea I might study how to implement it and create a PR.

Why this? For example today I'm using a MacBook Air for 6+ hours with the trackpad (no mouse, no reverse) and yet Scroll Reverser used half the CPU as Safari and more than the Little Snitch Agent. In that case, with USB mouse detection, Scroll Reverser could have been disabled that 6+ hours since there was no mouse connected.

Just to be clear, this extreme use of CPU only happened to me that time. I was for some hours playing a game:

Macbook M1 -> Windows 11 in Parallels -> Game using trackpad

So this CPU usage is not the usual.
