Docs: How to add Pieces Desktop icon to Desktop

Upon installation, a Pieces icon is not added to the desktop and it doesn't give a user that option to decide if you want to create a Pieces icon in the desktop. When you install the pieces suit installer, is is installed as an app package. This is similar to the applications from the Microsoft Store, which is why you're unable to accomplish this.

Steps to take if a user wants to create a shortcut for the Pieces Desktop:
OS: Windows

1. Open the run dialog Win + R
2. Type shell:AppsFolder in the input box and press Enter
3. Find the Pieces Desktop, right-click on it, and select Create shortcut

Why this could be beneficial to add to the docs:

1. This could potentially reduce the amount of back and forth between Pieces team members and users that desire to have the Pieces desktop in their desktops
2. More user-friendly to have it in the docs
3. Transparency to users

Why this could not be beneficial to add to the docs:

1. Pieces would need to update and maintain this article even though it’s not their OS
