Linux has installed pieces-os and is running, but it seems that the corresponding port is not open

After installing pieces-os, there is no response or output whether using pieces-os or snap run piece-os. However, it can be seen that the process is running when checking, but the corresponding port is not open.

My pieces-os are installed on a remote host, so I use the VS-CODE plugin on the remote host, but it doesn't run. So I'm wondering why there is this process, but at the same time, there are no errors, but it doesn't work. Here is the output from the console:
