I have OGCS (version 2.11.20) set to start Windows 11 with the necessary delay.
The program works very well, but I cannot get Outlook old (microsoft office ltsc professional plus 2021) to start at the start of the OS, so if I do not open Outlook before OGCS runs, the program gives me the error that Outlook He hasn't responded in 30 seconds....
To get Outlook to run at startup I have tried I think everything, the shortcut in the startup folder, the task scheduler, the task manager in its Startup Applications section, where again and again I configure it as enabled but every time Every time I log in to Windows Outlook it does not start and in startup applications it appears as disabled.
I understand that this must be a Microsoft problem rather than an OGCS problem, but I am posting it here in case someone could help me.
I must add that both Windows 11 is properly updated
Thanks in advance

I appreciate the problem you're reporting is around getting Windows to start Outlook upon login, but in case it's any help in the wiki there is a section with VBA that can be added into Outlook to start OGCS - at least then you could maybe remove the autostart of OGCS and have Outlook do that instead.

Note, that VBA code is old and so YMMV on getting it to work....

Do you also have the New Outlook installed alongside the classic? I ask because there's lots of interesting information in this thread related to not being able to start New Outlook on login; the New Outlook has a "stub" executable olk.exe for which the path continually changes whenever the program is updated.

Please post back here if you find a solution that works for you 🙂

No, I uninstalled the new Outlook a long time ago. I only have classic Outlook.
Regarding the VBA code, I think I would not be able to use it.
Thank you
