Appointment times went wrong after v2.11.2.0 - Alpha

Hi there.

I updated my app to Alpha v2.11.2.0 (I always use the portable version), and ever since the app has been syncing Google -> Outlook with wrong times. I thought it might have been due to timezones, but on Outlook the appointment is synced with my standard timezone (GMT -3), but with the wrong time anyway e.g.: an appointment to start at 15 PM my time (and existing in ym Google calendar at 15 PM) gets synced to Outlook at 18 PM (which would be theoretically GMT).

I tried going back to Beta v.2.11.0, but after doing that the app always crashed when started (it froze and I needed to close via Task Manager), so I had to come back to Alpha.

In the pictures below, the appointment "Natação Marina" has been synced long ago, so it has the right times. But the appointments "Corte cabelo" and "Psicologa Luisa" are new, and have been synced wrong, as well as the dummy event "asasa".

No setting have been changed for the past year or so in my app, so I can't relate this to a setting change.

Thanks for reporting this - I believe it should be fixed in #2047, if you could give that hotfix a go.
